Usability is a combination of factors:
Ease of learning
A user can, had previously never seen the user interface, they learn fast enough good, in order to complete basic tasks?

How quickly can a user, as soon as he learned the system, complete the tasks?

If a user has already used the system, he or she remember the next time it enough, to use it effectively and immediately, or must be partly or. be to start from scratch, everything to learn again?

Error frequency and severity
How often do users make when using the system error, how serious are these problems, and correct these errors, such as user?
